what to expect
​Hassle-free scheduling.
​After scheduling pickup please prepare your clothes for collection by our courier. We recommend storing in a sealed bag. You can alternatively drop your laundry at your hotel reception desk, clearly writing your name and room number on a piece of paper inside the bag.
Professional cleaning.
Your clothes will be seperated by color, washed and dried on low heat, according to your preferences. We use high quality products and equipment only. We do not wash your clothes with anyone else's laundry ever!
Amazing customer service.
Once we pickup your clothes, we'll take them to our local laundry facility to weigh and inspect for any existing stains or damage. You will receive notification from our team as to weight and cost. Your laundry will then be professioanlly cleaned according to the service selected.
Easy online payment.
Payment​ can be made simply and conveneintly. You can pay by credit card, online transfer or cash on delivery. No need to leave the poolside!
Returned ready-to-wear.
We will send you a message with scheduled delivery time. Our team will drop off your freshly washed, pristine-clean clothes! If you are not availabe we can leave your laundry at your hotel desk (photo will be sent to you) for collection at a convenient time.
