Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service between Suds and you (“Customer”) apply to your service agreement, please read carefully before placing an order. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use our website.
 
1. Using our Site
By accessing the website at https://www.suds.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use and all applicable local laws and regulations. Suds reserves the right to deny service to any customer at our discretion.

3. Privacy Protection

Please see our Privacy Policy regarding how we handle your personal information and protect your private data when using our site.

4. Services

4.1 Suds charges a minimum order price for Services as disclosed on the website. Pricing is determined by Suds and is based upon the weight of the laundry. Price per kg and minimum order prices are subject to change without notification. The minimum weight is 5 kg. We will update the Customer after we have weighed their laundry at the facility. Any orders below 5 kg will be charged at 5 kg.

 

​4.2 ​Suds follows the highest standards and policies set out by the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning laundry items, according to the nature and conditions of each item. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in fabric that are not visibly apparent prior to washing. Clothes will  be separated according to color, however we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak fabrics. ​

 

4.3 We are not responsible for items in pockets (jewelery, cash, gum etc). The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customer’s clothing or laundry bag that can cause damage to clothing or our equipment. We request that you empty all pockets and check for loose items before pickup, as we cannot be held responsible for damage to your clothing caused by items left in pockets.

 

​4.4 ​The customer agrees not to include any of the following items inside their laundry bag given to us for service: non-washable items; items that are labeled for hand washing and/or dry cleaning only, items with no label or any other items not suitable for machine washing/drying

4.5 Suds may refuse to launder an item that has no care label, hand wash only label, has previous damage or we believe the item may be at risk for damage or damage other items (color bleeding, items with sequins, buckles etc.).

​​4.6 Suds liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten times our charge for cleaning the garment, regardless of brand or condition. Notwithstanding this, Suds will not be responsible for any compensation beyond THB 2,000. Please report any damaged items from your order to customer care within 24 hours of delivery.

4.7 ​​Suds will not be responsible for any lost item beyond THB 2,000. All garments must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known within 24 hours of delivery. Suds is not responsible for any damaged or missing items reported after this time.

 

4.8 ​Pick-Up and Delivery. Our aim is to provide a convenient service to our customers and we are willing to pickup and deliver orders wherever the customer chooses. However, Suds is not responsible for any missing or damaged items if the order is not personally received by you and picked up and delivered by a Suds employee. Suds is not responsible for missing or damaged items from orders that are picked up or dropped off in an unsecured or unattended location.

4.9 ​Order Cancellation: The Customer agrees to set a time period where the driver can come pick-up or drop-off the Customer’s clothes. The Customer agrees to notify Suds 24 hours in advance for any cancellations. If a customer misses a dropoff, a delivery surcharge will be charged to the customer and payment must be made before or during delivery.  .

5. Payment​

The Customer understands that the use of our service will result in Fees payable for services received. The customer agrees to pay the agreed upon charges prior to or upon delivery. Suds will process payment of the applicable Fees, using the preferred payment method designated by the Customer, and will send the Customer Fee details by electronic message. Payment made by the Customer are final and non-refundable. For customers who pay cash on deivery, the customer is responsible for carrying the exact change.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will Suds, its affiliates, servce providers, employees, agents or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Suds platform. These limitations do not purport to limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Suds and its directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Suds Platform; (ii) your breach or violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party through your use of the Suds Platform. â€‹By using our service, you understand the terms of use stated here clearly, and hereby agree and indemnify Suds against all claims

8. Changes to the Terms of Service
We may revise and update these Terms at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and you are responsible for reading these terms before using our service.
