Can I re-schedule delivery?Yes! However if you do not notify us of any changes before drop-off we unfortunately have to charge a 50 baht re-delivery fee.

How should I store my laundry?We advise you to store your laundry in a sealed bag. Most hotels in Krabi provide laundry bags. If your bag is not disposable it will be returned to you.

What if I'm not staying in a hotel?No problem! Whether you're staying at a villa, condo, air bnb or guest house we can arrange pickup and delivery just about anywhere.

How can I pay?Credit card, Thai bank transfer or cash on delivery. We will send you the total cost once we've received and weighed your laundry.

How long will it take to do my laundry?You will receive your clean laundry within 24 hours. We also offer an express 6 hour service if you're in a rush!

Can I leave my laundry at the hotel reception?Yes you can! We recommend that you leave a piece of paper with your name and room number in the laundry bag.

Is there a minimum order size?We have a minimum order of 3 kg (Aonang) 5 kg (Outside Aonang) in order to cover fuel and operation costs. We accept orders under the minimum however you will still be charged for 3/5 kg.
